After lunching and partying it up with Avril Lavigne on Friday (June Shakira hit the town the following night with another gal pal - Penelope Cruz. The Colombian and Spanish beauties were spotted arm-in-arm heading into Parc for a little fun at John Mayer’s concert afterparty.

The little Mayer shindig occurred after his earlier gig at the Hollywood Bowl. Drawing the likes of Penelope and Shakira, John seemed to be getting over his split with Jessica Simpson quite well.

When asked about the night’s festivities, John told TMZ, “A lot of learning in there tonight, a lot of sharing.”

Speaking of sharing, Shakira will soon be letting go of her new pal’s hand - as Penelope has just been auctioned off on MasterCard Priceless Moments eBay charity auction.

The lucky bidder won the opportunity to accompany the Oscar-winning actress to the opening of her next movie, which happens to be The Good Night. The film has a planned release date of September 21, 2007, starring Penelope, Gwyneth Paltrow and Danny DeVito.
